Hello Baby Doula Cohort
The SAFE Sistas are providing birth and lactation support to 10 expecting families in the Baltimore Metro region. Our collective has partnered with Hello Baby Baltimore and R.O.S.E. to serve these families. Learn more about this initiative in our "News" section.
Campaign Dates: January - June 2021
SAFE Sleep
The SAFE Sistas are aiming to educate groups of 10 expecting families on safe sleep practices. Classes will be conducted by a safe sleep certified educator in efforts to combat infant mortality in the Baltimore Metro region.

Childbirth Education
The SAFE Sistas have partnered with Hello Baby Baltimore to educate groups of 10 expecting families on evidence-based childbirth education using Lamaze principles. In a response to medical bullying, uninformed decision making, and unnecessary and dangerous medical interventions, this initiative was formed.
